Grace w/ Annabelle (boston terrier)

Thank you for choosing River Heights Veterinary Clinic for your boarding needs. We pride ourselves in offering your pet(s) the personal attention they deserve. Pets are walked at least twice daily in our fenced in yard by their individual kennel assistant. Once your pets’ walk is finished, they are brought back to their kennel given a treat, and additional one on one time. Kennels are cleaned and sanitized at least twice daily as well. We also provide blankets for your pets’ comfort. Prior to leaving our facility, a bath is given, so that your pet goes home refreshed.

We feed our canine boarding guests IAMS Low Residue food while they stay with us. This is an easily digestible diet that helps reduce stress related problems that may occur when pets are away from their families. Our feline guests are fed IAMS adult. However, if your pet(s) have special dietary needs, you are welcome to bring their own food. We simply request the food be brought in meal sized portion baggies with the pets’ name on it. Our staff members will review feeding instructions when you check in for boarding.

Any medication required for our boarding guests needs to be brought in their original containers. Our staff members will verify dispensing instructions with you. As we are a medical facility, your pet will receive the necessary treatment as prescribed by the staff doctor should health problems arise. An effort to contact you will be made to apprise you of the situation.

** Charges will incur for dispensing medications or any treatments received while boarding.

For the safety and well being of all grooming pets, we require them to be current on the following vaccines:
